* Resort fee: $15 per day; Rollaway charge: $15 per night + 4.166% tax; crib charge: $10 per night + 4.166% tax. Nightly tax rate*: 14.416% (effective January 1, 2018)

** Please Note: These are privately owned Poipu beach condo rentals in Kauai and may be listed for sale at any time. We must reserve the right to move your reservation to a comparable unit or offer you an upgrade if a comparable condominium is not available. This rarely happens, but we ask for your understanding in these situations. If we have reserved the specific condominium you have requested and must move you, a staff member will call you to discuss the options available. All guests are guaranteed the condominium category they reserve or an upgrade to the next category.

We reserved a one-bedroom condo but were surprised with a two-bedroom instead. We had so much space and it was incredible! Huge lanai, full kitchen, beautiful views. The resort was very quiet and comfortable. Access to restaurants and beaches very close to the resort. We were able to see many sea turtles in the cove. The views for sunrise & sunset cannot be beaten! This was paradise!

This is a beautiful and relaxing vacation resort. Our room, 220, was large, well equipped and had a picture-postcard view of the rocky bay over the pool. Front desk’s De was super friendly, informative and accommodating with loaner chairs, water shoes and snorkel gear throughout our stay. The area has great restaurants, beautiful sandy beaches nearby and snorkeling right out front.

We needed to escape the New Zealand winter and this was a lucky choice. Beautiful 2 bedroom condo right on the cliffs picture postcard views. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff particularly when we wanted to move from a 2 story to a 1 story unit. Highly recommend

Great location in Poipu! Walking distance to beaches and restaurants on south side of Kauai. Spectacular and luxurious penthouse corner unit overlooking the water with full kitchen & large balcony. Great property and outstanding unit!!
